Class C Door

FEATURES
Class C Door is approved and certified.

Specially designed to assemble the Class B-15 Partition Panel with box frame.

Assembled with Z frame to steel bulkhead.

Standard models include ventilation louver. 

Escape hatch panel is optional.

Available in standard sizes and colors for stock delivery.

Producible with different colors and dimensions considering customers’ wishes.

Delivered with counter box frames.

CONSTRUCTION
The door leaf is constructed basically of two pieces steel sheets and an inner steel frame. Non-combustible mineral wool is used as an insulation material. The edge profiles of the door leaf and the hinges are made of stainless steel.

The inner structure of the door leaf is made of 1,5 mm galvanized steel profiles marking the door leaf very strong.

If  Class C Door assembles to steel bulkhead, it produces with Z frame,

If Class C Door assembles to panel bulkhead, it produces with box frame.

SURFACE
The door leafs are surface-finished with a PVC foil or galvanize coated with electrostatic powder paint.

Door frame is coated with electrostatic powder paint.
